This eye doctor is so amazing as soon as I want to do the door with my service dog they made me feel welcome and they did not question me about my service dogs like I always usually get and also the place or so nice to me so kind to not make me feel unwelcome they treated me like a human being not just a customer not to mention the doctor was awesome very very friendly it was easier to answer any questions that I had also not to mention the very very cute glasses that they have there I picked out appeared excellent cute fitting glasses this place is the place to go without me eye doctor for life!! 😊

I was super impressed by the staff! They helped fix my old glasses so I can wear them until my new ones come in. The staff was genuinely interested in helping us! Even my hard to please daughter left completely satisfied! Her exact words were, "After all these years, I finally found my optomistrist!" My original optometrist died several years ago. I have been to three different offices since. I have to agree, I now have an Optomistrist!!! 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best optical businesses I’ve been to. The optometrist and staff are always professional, great customer service, and overall amazing people. My entire family has been seen here for two years and ever time we come here the staff goes above and beyond. If there is an issue with eye glasses they’re always willing to help or fix the problem. The optometrist is super kind and friendly. This is a very unique place, in regards to them always putting the patients first, above all else. The list of good things they do just keeps growing. This was my first time coming to Bright Eyes Optical, it's very clean and front desk staff is very friendly. The nice lady help me pick out my new glasses and Dr. Mark was very understanding and listening to my vision problems. My first exam very was fast. I will not mind to keep this office as my regular eye doctor office for my appointment.

There aren’t enough kind words for how pleasant my experience has been here. This was my first visit. The staff are helpful kind and welcoming. The Dr did not give me anxiety. I actually enjoyed my exam. As a person ruled by anxiety this enjoyment was a really big deal. The price for the exam and my bifocals was more than reasonable. This will be my optometrist for as long as I live in this area.

I’ve never met a child that LOVES her glasses more than my grand daughter Makenly. She was amazed at how good she could see it became difficult to get her to take them off lol. Before bed at night she kisses them❤️ A great big thank you to Bright eyes and their staff for making her eye exam such a great experience she can’t wait to come back. The only thing is to get her to clean them. LOL

they have always been professional and work with me. I do not care for the place they have the glasses done. That does not fall on them that is an insurance issue. I have bad eyes and the way they roll the lenses sucks. but the staff in the office is great. I just wish they would go back to the old place they use to send glasses off too.

I’ve been apart of the Bright Eyes Family for many many year. Even after having LASIK eye surgery in 04, I still had eye exams for the health of my eyes and then changes came round and my Bright Eyes family was there! So thank you for so many years of great customer service and friendship!

Dr. Mark has seen me since I was a teenager and now he sees my children. He is a great Doctor and the staff are always so welcome and kind. The selection of eyewear is the very best.

Mark and his staff are great! When ever my eyeballs need their oil changed, lube job, an alignment, or parts changed... Brighteyes is the place!
